I not only heard but FELT the flap of a passing Eagle overhead.

June 2009

How do we become so desensitized to urban life?

That was the thought which greeted me upon first waking to the tranquility of the Williams Point morning. Up until that moment, I'd forgotten. I was fine in my delusion of city tolerance.

It all began with a walk to the water last night, when I not only heard but FELT the flap of a passing Eagle overhead.

The bird-life, the ocean, the views, the grand, yet cozy home all contributes to wake up call provided only by this special combination of surrounding.

I will return again.

Thank you!
